Without getting into the legal mumbo-jumbo, girl 32 was issued a patent from the Director
of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (fancy, huh?). This means that girl 32 owns
the design of the ponytail hat, and has exclusive rights to use it. So, if you're in the market
for a chic hat that you can wear with or without a ponytail, the girl 32 hat is the only one
(legally!) on the market. |

What does my hat come with? |

Each girl 32 hat comes with an extra Swarovski© button and two, ouch-less hair bands.

How is my order shipped and how long it will take? |

Each girl 32 hat is sent via FedEx Ground (two to three business days). Your order will
be shipped to you approximately two business days after we receive confirmation of payment. |

What is your return policy? |

Here are the rules: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, products can
be returned up to 10 days after purchase for an exchange or credit refund. There are no returns or
exchanges on sale items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for
return shipping. Products must be unused and in original condition.
We promptly credit your credit
card on receipt of returned merchandise - the refund will appear on your next billing statement. When an
exchange is requested, we will ship out your new purchase as soon as humanly possible (usually within a week).

Lucky girl. Only Connecticut state residents will be charged sales tax.
